Package Your Items
Securely place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or ship your new items within 5-7 business days.
